After only 55000km, but 10 years, its time to do some preventative maintenance and replace the fuel filter.
There are several reported locations of this filter,
Underneath the rear of the vehicle adjacent to the petrol tank,....or
On the firewall in the engine bay,....or
Under the front wheel arch,.....somewhere???
I found mine under the rear passengers seat, on the drivers side.
There is an inspection cover that gives access to the fuel tank connections.
it is on the top outside of the tank, between the steel floor, see photos.
The filter is a Ryco z549 with quick disconnect connectors (not hose clips)
Once you have found the filter, it only takes a coupe of minutes to change it.
