Looking to purchase New:

Springs - 40mm lower front and rear
Koni Adjustable (not coilovers)
Strut brace
Very sticky brake pads
CAI Box with plumbing (2nd hand ok)
May consider 2nd hand sway bars 24mm?

Thanks in Advance

If you do all that you will lose the magic of the 405 Mi16 suspension as dreamed up by the french expert (cannot recall his name unfortunately). I wouldn't think Koni shocks are as good as the original peugeot ones.

Thanks John, I had this setup previously and want to replicate it.
I was very happy with it as it suited my driving style.

For what it’s worth, I run Bilstein B6’s with Spax 25mm lowered front springs and B6’s at the rear with no change to torsion bars. Ultra racing front strut brace, all new suspension rubbers and mounts (Moog brand) and it drives like a go kart.

Standard air box and filter and standard front sway bar and standard rear torsion bars.

Brakes are Goodrich stainless lines all around, RDA slotted and dimpled (not drilled!!) rotors and Ferodo DS2500 pads all around.

I tarmac rally mine - awesome setup without wrecking the dynamics or handling.

Is yours a S1 or S2 mi16pug?

As I would be interested to know where I can get that brake set up for my S2.
Also interested in the suspension rubbers and mounts. As it would be nice to update mine.

Do you just use the Ultra Racing top front strut brace, or do you have the lower ones as well?

Doesn't have rear springs, reset the torsion bars. A good move is to fit Berlingo rear bars. 40mm is way too far, 25 mm max.
