Easily made tool for removing/fitting the ball type steering rack-end joints. Probably work for the earlier knuckle type too?
The rack-end is held from turning with a 23mm open spanner which allows for the thickness of the tab washer, no need to un-bend the rack side of the washer, just the tab holding the joint nut.
