I noticed the "sticky" in the Peugeot forum with a list of Pug parts suppliers nationwide, any chance of getting a nationwide list of all Citroen parts & service providers? :confused: Would be invaluable for new members & wouldnt really constitute as advertising would it if all are mentioned?. My belief is there are a lot of "tinkerers" out there which a lot of people are unaware of. Just a thought? If OK I will post list of all WA guys ASAP. Cheers :cheers: :citplak:
 
Great idea. I'd love to hear from suppliers on this board who love their froggies as much as we do. They'd get my business.

No worries, whenever I go East I try to go & see as many Citroen parts suppliers & repairers as I can. You never know what you will find!!. I think a list would be very helpful. PS How do we get a sticky set up? :confused:

Citroen supplier/repairer in Canberra?

This list is a great idea. Can anyone provide details of parts supply in Canberra, and maybe a friendly mechanic who is comfortable helping amateurs who get out of their depth?

I've been working on Pugs for years, have just taken the plunge and bought my first Citroen (GS 1220 break, as advertised on Aussie Frogs!). Enjoying the driving experience, but can anyone tell me how you change the points for instance... using mirrors and dental instruments, or do you just pull the dissie out and do the points while it is out??

Thought I'd add Swiss Automotive Services in Mosman Park WA. Francois there has just done some work on my D & it was top notch! He works on many DS's & is happy to work on all Citroens & Peugeots. He was trained on Citroens in Europe & is highly qualified to do all work.

In WA, you have forgotten Laurens Borg, 168 Brennan Rise, Gidgegannup 6083. Phone 0895746435. Laurens specialises in the 'D' & the CX models. He has plenty of used parts for both.
 
Just thought I'd add that Euromotive has now moved to 7/27 Collingwood St, Osborne Park (WA). Ph number remains unchanged. :cheers:
