Is any one know how to take out old rubber with out denting the chrome from the 504 window lick seal and install, i.e. any special tool?
WD40 also helps to slide it in (evaporate); and won't promote rustGetting the rubber out of the chrome strip requires some elbow grease and hard work. The old rubber will be hard and do not slide out. I just gradually broke it up with a sharp blade. I used dish washing liquid to help slide the new rubber strip.
