    Default Biscuter for auction

Anyone see the Tony Davis article about the upcoming sale of the Bruce Weiner collection of microcars that includes a Gabriel Voisin designed Biscuter.According to some books the forerunner of the 2cv.There is also a Dutch website which reproduces pictures from an Automobile Quarterly Jan 2010 issue featuring Citroens/Voisins.www.switchimage.org/Lefebvre_N.html

    Default aerodynamic fairings ?

    Hi,
Its a great web page to look at .

The Biscuter might get a run in "fugly car" thread. "
' So ugly as a Biscúter "was a common expression in Spain at that time.'

Some comments on the Voisin C 6.
"Wooden elements improve the streamline" and I add there are some fairings on the front brake rods too, look at pics 15 & 16.
WTF, with a radiator like it has

A steering wheel with a flat top and bottom is nothing new, if that car is to be believed

It's a great looking car, lots of great details, but I suspect it's been "over restored" into a modern masterpiece.

I reckon the original intention for the Biscuter could have been as a golf buggy...

But you got to love the propellor driven water pump... obviously not anticipating being stuck in traffic!
