Gee, a 404 with aircon.....can't be too many of them around

    Is the aircon fairly effective?

Not too many with red velour trim either...

    Sounds nice.

Wonder if it would interest Geoff on 4152 4018?

I'd say it's fine... he told me he was after a 404, but I don't know what price bracket...

That is to say, I don't know if he wants a scrubber to do up, an original car, a restored one or what.

Charles, I hope you're going to be back here on Aussiefrogs now that your car has been sold...

I was just wondering what sort of cam you had in the engine? And which engine was it, ie out of a early or late 504, or 505? Just wondering in regards to valve clearance with the mild cam. Refer to the thread in Performance Upgrades (Warming up 504 carby engine).

    Thanks,
    John

The bloke who built the car is Bill McNamee. His email is mcnamee@"REMOVETHISBIT."pcug.org.au

Bill's father was the original owner and Bill mainained the car till it left Canberrra. I think the original rebuild was a Canberra Peugeot Club project overseen by Bill.

He would problably be able to give you detailed answers to your questions.

    Cheers
