    With 725cc injectors the maximum duty cycle was52% at 7800 RPM running petrol. With E85 there is another 60% injector time making roughly 80% duty cycle. The dyno results were encouraging. The car made 133.5kw atw running 60% ethanol so might well make 135kw with straight E85. Not too bad for hydraulic lifters and a fairly mild cam. It sounded great too. For reference, the run was in 4th gear and it's 25km/hr per 1000 rpm. Longer intake ram tubes and an airbox made quite a difference.

    The longer the better when you're talking about ram tubes. Your torque curve is very interesting. Your engine and mine are not even close to the same, but mine is pretty flat with a couple of dips that has to be a dynamic response to something...Xu10j4rs tuning, maximum compression for pump fuel-img.jpg

    I like the tank. Parry has a similar setup. I'm in the process of designing/fabricating a new main tank to sit in the same place. It should hold approx 30L. I like this idea of incorporating an integrated surge tank, thus needing only one pump/tank.

    I'm running 14.2:1 static compression on 100 octane RON pump gas with 12.5/12mm 292/285 cams, itb and dry sump. So far so good, has good torque from around 3500 till rev limit, over 220Nm.
    It all depends on the cams selection and phasing, big cams - high comp will make torque lower in the revrange and still get away with pump gas.
