Default HELP pug205 wiring 4 hazard, air, demist, etc switches for 87 to 92 dash replacement

    HELP PLEASE.
I've put S2 dash on S1 peugeot 205. The wiring for ancillary switches - aircon, demist, fog, hazard, fan (probably the stereo too) IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!

    More/Less wires, different colours.

It appears the Haines manual wiring diagram is for the latter dash.

    Does anyone have any belp?

Just changed email (shane_havers@y7mail.com) so might not get emails.

I'vwe got both cars right in front of me. The wiring harnessses abd instruments still in original cars and they run. But the ancillary swithes and fan contoller are completely different and have to be fixed. S1 switches square, big s2 round, small- can't put s1 one switches in s2 and vise versa. S1 switches uses less wires and different colours so I can't just put S2 switches in (one s2 switch uses 7 wires s1 only 4!)

The controller switches for the ancillaries should be in a seperate loom that plugs into the fusebox.

I may be asking an obvious question -- why not switch the entire loom and dash from the S2 car into the original car and get rid of all the old wiring? If the dash is already out you've done the hardest bit. This is what I'm planning on doing with my S1 GTi when the parts Si (1993 model) arrives next week. With a few mods.
