    Default Crankshaft pulley

Planing to to a cambelt/waterpump change on an XU9 motor.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the crank-pulley bolt? More to the point, how to remove the crank pulley bolt on an engine sitting on my front porch?

    Regards,
    jeremy

Assuming the 8v has the same arrangement as the 16v, no need to undo the central crank bolt. Just the 4 x 13mm ones on the pulley itself & it will slide off.

    Jeremy,

Dunno if youe engine is the same, but a look at 'What goes wrong with the late mi16 engine? ' thread, post 13, might help.
