    Default Camshaft

    Howdy again...

Does anyone know if the camshaft from the 1300 will work in an 1108?

    Gracias...

Yes it will as long as it isn't from a R5 1300. The R5 cam will have to be machined at the one end to remove the extension that drives the alternator and w/pump.

I meant the Alpine A110 or 1300 R8 G motor, sorry for not being specific.

So which cams from which Renaults will fit my R8G 1108 motor?

A regrind or other grinding would be fine to bring it to Gordini-ish... specs...

I am sorry for you but I think there is no other. The reason is that on the Crossflow head the first lobe is for the intake valve and the non crossflow the first lobe is for the exhaust valve.
So you will have to stay with crossflow head cams.
