    Default 505 diesel gearing

    Hi
    I recently purchased a 505 auto diesel 3 speed.
I am wondering if anyone knows any tech details about the final drive gearing.
Put simply I want to find out what the engine revs are doing at 100K's in top gear.
    Look forward to replies.

A 4-speed manual 505 diesel uses a 3.7:1 rear end. Don't know if the auto is different.

If it is, I would doubt it's more than a 3.54...

You're not talking about a turbo diesel are you?

The diesel and injection are very similar , one is taller than the other , I think the TI is taller.
