Default Knife edged 807 gordini crank

Is is possible to do this modification to the 807, 841, 843 engines and has anyone done it?

    You mean the counter-balancing?

I think this refers to grinding away the leading edges to reduce resistance as the crank rotates at high speed.

    Default K.e.c.

Its hard work to get right and balanced (6-8 hours work) but the performance improvement is instant response and acceleration. It slices through the oil reducing friction and gaining some horses.
Did the r12g have this mod done to them in rally form?
Also has anyone ever run a harmonic balancer before to an 807?
