    Default andyg 205 rear suspension

    can some one please tell me if i can tighten the rear beam on my 205 or will i have to get new torsion bar please help .

    Best thing is to start a new thread then. Otherwise he'll never get an answer.

    I can understand how he's got confused and put his name in the title, actually.



    EDIT: Maybe they can only change it by adding to it?

    Ray, I've tried this before and it changes the little title displayed at the top of the first posting, but not the one displayed in the main forum board. Weird. Clearly an administrator can do it, though...

    Can you increase the spring rate of the std. torsion bars? No, this is a function of the torsion bar diameter.

    I hope that puts it to death.

    im new to all this so all criticisms and piss takes greatly recived thanx for the advise aswell it looks like i will have to save my $ and get some new torsion bars. I have found a company in england that do some very interesting bits for pugs and have sent an email to find out if they export to aus or how much it will cost for sports torsion bars . gmcmotorsport.co.uk try another good tuning site demon-tweeks.co.uk
