    Its a piece of junk chip of sum kind that probably doesnt even have anything to do with motor vehicles.

    To give you an idea the caliber of technology, the same seller has this up on ebay as well:

    After seeing that, it'd probably be a map telling the buying of a location where the road goes down hill so *bam* instant performance gain.
