Default tyres for 185/60R14's or 175/60R14's

i'm looking for new tyres on my car in the near future. i don't really want to change the rolling diameter so that would either be 185/50R14's or 175/60R14's but i dont really know where to start except for the fact that i've heard 50's are a bit expensive and im not really looking to spend top dollars, i'm only really looking for something thats going to be reliable wet or dry but as i said not to expensive. so what i'm trying to say is what is there that is actually available in that sort of size and what are peoples opinions on them

Yokohama's A539 is a good value tyre in that size and gets favourable comments in your size.

thanks i'll check them out, still doing a bit more research but from what i can tell they don't make many 50's in 185/14's so i guess ill probably be looking at 185/60's i did see the thread allready on that so i wont post up here again about it
