Default 405 Inner D'shaft Boot Replacement

As above, I need to replace the inner boot. How? Do I have to remove the outer CV first then slide on the inner boot?

The outer joint is a knock off type you slide the boot off the outer joint using a drift hit the inner part of the outer cv off the shaft and then remove both boots can be done in car

CV boot will stretch over the inner trunion. No need to diassemble or remove the outer.

I took the shaft out to clean up the mess anyway.

Turned out to be one of the Ligarex bands was loose enough to sling out its contents, so new grease, new band and all good to go for Sandown next Sunday.

I know some outers are made from a harder non-stretch material but I thought all inners, genuine or otherwise, were stretchy.
