    Default Conrod orientation???

OK, building an engine from scratch without pulling one apart first. For the life of me I cannot decide which way around the con rods should be oriented. The rods I have are non standard and symmetrical - apart from the tang on the bearings. Should they be on the front side or back side???

Engine block is XU10J4RS - not that this will make any difference...

    Look forward to replies.

Hey? As I said, thrust side. Dist means towards cambelt end.
