Default symptoms of out of round brake drums on a D?

Allright everybody, what would the symptoms be do you think - or more importantly, know?

I have never had a D, but I've had several vehicles with drums. If the drums are getting out of round you will feel a pulse in the pedal. Mounting on a drum skinning lathe will confirm it.

Aha yes! But a D has extra magical stuff linked to the brakes and I'm interested in how it could affect the magic.

I've not a great believer in magic, but I've never had a D. Whenever I have had to do drums on the 16's I take the drum and the shoes to the brake mob and they match them so there is no out of round.
Those people that say I know - generally don't.
