Maybe we can have one at easter if there is any interest.

I've just been too flat out to organise anything this time around.

Sadly that clashes with CitIn 2014, the national Citroen annual meeting, held this year in Rawson, Victoria.

I believe it clashes with most car clubs' annual meetings (the Peugeot one is in Boonah, QLD this year).

But not to worry. Most people on AF aren't in a car club

Statistically, most wouldn't attend an AF barbie either.

Location should be the centroid of a Sydney "I would go" members map...

Perhaps once a year AF's could have one each in their own state then perhaps leap years a combined states one somewhere central, like Ularu.

That being the case, why dont we hold it on a different weekend??

I'm sure there is no single day in any year which does not clash with something, but car club events will certainly diminish the number of potential attendees.

    Thoughts????

Why not set a program of "mini meets" instead of aiming for one big event?

You could still have a culinary flourish at some point, but things like Cam's early coffee meet-up were great fun. Keep the quorum low, set some base guidelines (like cost caps p/p per event*) and lock them in.

    * I agree that most AF members are probably not car club people because they're too tight!
