Default Early morning coffee in Bondi THIS Sunday 15th/12

After a successful meeting with the 205-208 boys a few months back, I thought it a good idea to see if anyone wants to do it again.

Last time was from 7am down in bondi, all the cars were able to get a spot more or less out the front. (88 gould st 2026)

This time, lets make it 630 am. There are a few more people out and about in the mornings, still plenty of parking despite this.

Open too all to come down. I'll have my 205 out the front as will my business partner.

I'd be keen - or as discussed, would love to do a drive somewhere

I can attend (will wash the 605 first). Will probably be meandering north afterwards towards Hornsby.

French singer chick. Remember the Nescafé advert where the couple have an argument in the café and she walks out but the bloke waits there all day because he knows she'll come back? The background music is Piaf singing "Je ne regrette rien" (No Regrets).

If I can find the time to give mine a wash on Saturday I'll pop down for a coffee on Sunday. Frankly I'd be to embarrassed to bring it if I cant clean it!

Yea, gave her a hose off yesterday. Might actually wash it and vacuum it tonight. Have some plastic care I might throw over the trims also.

I may be out I'm afraid. Part of the reason is wife has got last minute VIP tickets to Bon Jovi that include backstage passes, afterparty etc that she is very keen on. May make 6:30am Sunday unlikely... It's a shame I don't like either Bon Jovi or big stadium concerts. Wife, however, is very excited.

I'll quote Adrian on this one

She can't cry forever, she'll dehydrate.

I'm sure you can sneak out early. I've been out of bed EVERY day since March before 530am regardless of what has happened the night before. C'mon dude! Plus, there's coffee involved!!

Hope you enjoy the concert, apparently he does a good show!!

Stay off the cocain at the after party!!

Great thanks! Got the 205 box in with the quaife swapped over and the
4.06 crown wheel. Its a great combo.

However, I will NEVER do that job solo again, getting the box back on
required much blood, sweat and swearing, not to mention the back ache. Rest was easy.

Yea it's a bitch. Did you chuck it under the car and the pull it up and onto the motor? That bit can be a pain. Well done!

What do you think of the spacing of the gears?

Yeah, slid it under on a jack, got it mostly in place from underneath and then wrestled from above, there was industrial swearing... And you know im usually pretty calm and methodical about working on the car... Gearing is perfect though so in about a week when my back stops aching it will have been worth it :-D

Any time before 0500 is just "ugh"!

I've even washed the car today...

Gig's looking good for not exceeding my "socialising overload" threshold of half a dozen people.

Yeah, bit quiet but all good. We'll have to organise another meet up in the new year with a bit more notice and go for a drive too.
