R25 Radio Display Unit
Has anyone updated their R25 radio and no longer wants the dash mounted display unit ? I need one and don't care if it works or not, but would prefer a working one. If not; can anyone suggest a wrecker that might have one for sale. Thanks.

Working ones can be tricky, as it is likley that the Aussie sun has had the same effect on most R25's here.
They can be repaired however! It's a matter of dismantling the unit and cleaning the display edge connectors. It's a fiddly job, but it can be done. Probably better to entrust to an Electronics person if unsure.
