Well my name is Ignacio Fernandez I have a pug 206 gti turbo and a tuning shop, and now that i finish my kit i am selling kits like mine . The kit will allow you to get about 250 hp from your car with out any problems

-t3/t4 garret turbo (special size trims) with internal wg
-front mount intercooler (for the original bumper)
-forged 9.5:1 pistons with rings
-g-reddy e-manage full kit
-apexi avc-r boost controller
-header , down pipe , exhaust and arospeed bomb muffler
-pipes
-air filter
-hks or g-reddy blow off
-fuel pressure regulator
-4 x 200 cc3 aditional inyectors
-pyromether , air fuel mether and boost pressure gauges
-gauge pod
-new map sensor

With the stock connecting rods you should be able to load 10-12 psi , i personally recomend to have 6psi load on the wastegate and use the avc-r gear based boost controller option to charge more pres

you can get all the kit for $7600 us but i have 326 whp (about 370 bhp) and is runing 12.150 sec ond the 1/4 mille with 15" x 8" slicks tires and 20 psi

You get iridium spark plugs in any kit , i will also send a ceramic plate clutche on any kit and a free hks turbo timer +++ a 5" autometer tachometer with a shift light in the stage 3 kit (the chip update the fuel cut way up 7000 rpms so you will need it)

For the gti 180/rc i only have stage 1 and 2 but it will run as good as a stage 3 on a normal gti coz you have a tuned engine + tcs

so what does this new hot hatch post o-100Kph speeds at?? Would expect the 5-6 second mark yes??

REACTION TIME = 0.342
0 TO 100 = 5.87
1/8 MILLE = 8.61
1/4 MILLE = 12.125

WITH A GTI 180(RC) YOU COULD DOWN THE TIMES ON ABOUT 0.3 SECS WITH THE TCS

Si es dificil te entiendo , aca en Chile los Peugeots son mas economicos pero otros autos como subaru son muy costosos , ojala tengas suerte con tu proyecto de autos de carrera

I will fit in a mux or a bypassed . My car is a mux and my brothers is by and uses the same install kit , you have to think that you only use sensors but you dont use the ecu :nownow:

If you need a chip i will recomend that you send me the ecu but if you just want the chip you need go to peugeot or to a good car electrician

I AM LOOKING FOR A VIRTUAL BODY KIT , SOME 18 " TIRES , A FULL PERFOMANCE SUSPECION KIT , A FRONT SMOKED ANGEL LIGHTS . A LEXUS SMOKED LIGHT , A M4 ELECTRICAL MIRRORS (M3 WITH CORNERING LIGHTS) AND A LAMBO DOORS KIT ---- if you got any off it i will trade them im i am really looking for this so i will giv some good descount for the kit

I will also take lsd or tcs systems , full suspencion sports kits , full racing sequencial gearboxes (i will pay the difference coz the are about 10000 us) , in dash monitors with dvd mp3 and vcd systems , any sports brake system for the 15 or 16 " whells

Just so you know, $5,000 US is overpriced for the Australian market. That's 6,496.82 AUD, plus shipping, plus 30% duty. All up we'd be looking at $9,500.

For about $7,500 aud we can buy all that over here, fully installed, including a brass clutch and turbo timer.

Who quoted the $7500, and how much were the pistons alone? Did that assume that the quoting workshop will also be installing? A friend is interested in the kit, but if you can provide the details of the $7500 kit it would be great. - Chris
 
Pretty much any turbo fitment place will quote between $7,500 - 9,000. I don't have my old quotes as they were with all the receipts when I sold the car back in February.

The only one I can remember off the top of my head was North Shore Rally. They weren't the cheapest, but as they'd been down the 206 path before, therefore I held trust in them. Their quote was $8,000.

...umm were finding that with the pistons it takes it over $10,000. This includes doing some of the labour ourselves. (ie Plumbing, fitting heavy clutch) I still don't see how you got $7500 with pistons, for all the items in the first kit, maybe you are better at finding those magic deals. - Chris

that price includes forged pistons. the job can't be done without them. It also included shotpeening (sp?) the conrods.
 
This might be a silly question, But i thought a 180 would have already had a turbo fitted in europe/ england if it was possible as they were built there. if it was this easy to fit a turbo to the 180 it seems unusual for it to come all the way from chilie. Just a feeling, karma... :adrink:
 
As i said is my car thats why i made the kit , maybe on europe people dont sell a kit coz is expencive , the shipping is only about 400 us , and we can play we the taxes ( I can send you all in only one box and everythink open , i will also send a note for a "PEUGEOT 206 TURBO KIT = 2000 US" and the you only pay taxes only for the turbo kit , people from customs (i dont know who is in charge of taxes on Australia will think that all that is in the box is incluided on the kit). I will after mail you the other notes for the blow off , avc-r , all the e manage system , pistons , etc...... I AM GOOD ;)

As i say before a need some stuff mostly for making the car look nicer , if you send me products for $5000 AUD = i wil take then as $5000 US , and you will save about 1500 AUD than just bying the kit
