I visited Peugeo Wrecking Keilor East today and picked up a few parts for my 205 GTI. After calling the others on the list the people at Peugeo Wreckers were the most polite and professional and the cheapest!

If you're in Melbourne or anywhere and need pug or Renault parts then I highly reccomend these guys, they have cars stacked on eachother like french bread sticks!

Yeah, they are really nice there. I had to get parts for a S3 205GTi there and the guy there was more than happy to talk about the car and parts (like the scarcity of rear mouldings for instance). They were way cheap too...I had to get a mirror, and some places quoted me like $120!! Got one there for $35.

you should add swedish wrechers they manly do volvo bmw but they have lots of b28s and even fire they are pritty cheap i got one runnig even frie 28 and 3 odd fire b28s and add 3even extstactors and a bmw oil cooler all for 1600 there address is 34-36 slater parader east keilor 3033. 9336 2028,9336 1551

I know the French Car Care in Brissie and the RenoReck in Wyong well. Both gave good service but French Car Care are outstanding and know their stuff. Nothing against Reno Reck, but haven't had to use them as much.

Peugeot p 504 sydney 94524559Just wanted to say these guys are brilliant, the service is a++ and I was stuck in a very bas situation after vandals smashed all of my windows and they helped me with everything, and I also must add these guys are the best priced around Sydney so if you are ever looking for parts my reccomendation is to start with these guys~!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info regarding the pug parts. Are you aware of any further south of Sydney (Jervis Bay-NSW).

My LH mirror on my 306XT was broken (someone had hit it and somehow pulled the bolts from the pig-metal bracket that was holding the mirror to the car). The mirror is otherwise undamaged, however, has been held to the car by black electrical tape (hard to spot from a distance) for quite some time.

Everything, ie the mirror movement and the temperature guage, except the physical movement of the mirror cowling (because of the afore mentioned tape) is functioning, hence I am not too terribly keen to pay the $300 plus to purchase a new one.

Advice on either; a cheap fix, or a cheap replacement would be appreciated.

Don't forget DAPCO (029534 5388) at Peakhurst in NSW. Nothing more fun then being able to pick up what you need from the distributor rather than the dealer and not pay the middleman.

They stock most of the Valeo OEM for everything and alot more, I regularly stock up there for my 205.

As an FYI cash or credit only kids, no EFTPOS.
