Peugeot 404 1968 sedan, Complete with additional vehicle and parts collection, Car is running OK, was last registered 2009 and was driven to French Car Day in Brisbane at that time, now some work required to recommission/restore, no rego. Was family friend, deceased estate, but my best intentions and love of these classic cars does not match my available time with 4 small children. Yes I would like to keep and have had other 404’s but not the time or practical with our recent child additions and I need the space in my Garage.
I have installed a brand new brake master cylinder. Has Drum Brake all round.
Car had a full restoration about 15+ years ago, colour from Burgandy to Brown, though now a solid restoration base. Minor rust in spots but reasonable for minor repairs. Clutch throw-out bearing a little noisy. The car I have driven. Lovely classic car, getting harder to find.
Comes with second 1970 404 Sedan Parts Vehicle. The parts car is 90% complete, full running gear, diff, gearbox, etc. though seized motor, Ferrous Oxide body. Disk Brake front end.
The rest of my collection has to go with it….
Comes with 1984 505 complete engine as suitable donor if you want to upgrade.
Comes with Additional re-upholstered 404 front and rear seats.
Brand new in Box, Clutch Master Cylinder, Clutch Slave Cylinder. Not required in vehicle, but on hand.
Rare and brand new Under body front chassis rail panels x2, new Front cross-member chassis panel.
Various other bits
Manuals and etc.
Located in Gladstone Central Queensland 4680.
