Although you can replace subframe bushes generally the outer balljoint is worn as well and not easily replaced. Better off just buying a new wishbone and avoid all the hassle.

Pressed in at the factory maybe. Have a close look and you'll see what I mean about not easy,

Re: replacement balljoint I personally don't know anyone who sells these.

Standard bushes are the way to go from what I've heard... seem to be what the UK guys think anyway...

Original bushes pretty firm, hard to imagine any improvement by stiffening these up.

Exception to this is the aftermarket SASIC bush kit for the 205 Si, way too soft.

Just go with standard Bushed Crims, they are actually quite good. I run an upgraded set as thats what my 309 set came with. Ill be going OE when they wear out.

You cannot replace the ball joints on a 205 wishbone unless someone has done it? If they are in good condition just replace the bushed with standard. Otherwise, for future, buy a whole new set of bones as they will become rare very soon. You can no longer buy them from the UK I believe and there are a few aftermarket companies making them. Apparently the aftermarket ones are pretty average though... Im lucky to have a brand new set that came with a car I bought once. Theres no way I would sell these now. Check out where you can buy them and grab some for spares down the track!

Give Peugeot a call to be honest, otherwise try Dapco. They may have stock left over here..

No they won't be unless stated so they're an unknown quantity as well. Don't know why everyone continually just quotes an O/S EBay supplier anyway without doing their homework.

From supplier quoted cost is $150, freight due to weight could be another $100 at least and in this case supplier only sends local.

Buy from a local supplier I think price is about $250 a pair from the usual suspects.

I've only ever seen after market stuff, OE seems a bit of a myth really.
