It was what came with my car, flock has one I was left with too. They are easier with multiple points to leverage off turning.

Patented method so no one is to copy this please and I hope f-wit is having his testicl3s fed to him soon.

Better than Peugeot ever did! Integrates into the dash nicely. rereouting wires, there seems to be too many over the top so under they go.

Hope his legal reps got their money upfront, that would be a bonus.

A little OT but maggot is in jail having tried to import meth in Germany! He is a low life and I fairly sure he was doing same here.

Well, I guess he won't be calling people up threatening to break their legs anymore.

    How's the car coming along?

Indeed, the current mob cancelled his Visa quick smart the gutless turd got out after a few local angels threatened to put one in him after putting one the roof, he has been threatening left right and centre since, lost on appeal for dodgy health checks, hell any one who can climb up and get a spare rim with tyre down for me is not invalided! Quite happy to tell the court that but it was not reqd. as I now know what that rim cost me. Car comes slowly cataract op has slowed me down, but air cond should now work, will confirm this weekend and then relocate oil cooler and then inside to fix dash.

    Thanks guys!

Hey Matthew, I'm trying to put my new glovebox + surround into the car but I'm just not sure how the fusebox is meant to sit/clip within. Do you mind uploading a photo of yours?

I can make it rest on the upper part of the surround (near the hook for the glovebox lock), but it just doesn't feel right and I'm sure it'll break over time. Thanks!

That is how it fits, there is a large tab on the upper section that has a small round metal clip, not sure how it works as mine was broken off deliberately by the POS in jail in Germany. That is how it mounts. Mine saw out 160K km that way and never played up, will be trying again soon as the dash is nearly ready,

Amp fitted to the old girl, air con has slow leak, have to take the right angles off the TX valve to replace them At least its holding close to a vacuum, no leak in evap!

Not much dyhnamic range in volume knob anymore, makes a loud noise now, bluetooth is great, Ipod and Podcasts in a 205!

Thankfully the wiring from original had a screw terminal, needed to break commoned earths so added another block, easy and now tucked away.

Getting there, my objective is the end of this month on the road.

Todays efforts, a jigsaw of bits around the steering column

Where is the gutless turd when you would like to use something on him?

Only issue is how to fix that fuse board in place after the prick deliberately broke the piece it locks to. Looking better though after wiring is taken behind air box, far more room at front for switches.

The pheonix rises (post the thief mmmm)-imag1260.jpg

Also took a sharpie to the door panel to colour it up too, fitted new window switches, only issue they are green, time to fix those now.

How much glue did it take?

More screws and hey presto. Oops forgot the glovebox light, need a magnet and reed switch for that.

Unless you are going use a biased magnet system. Or arrange the magnet to "open" the reed when the GB is closed, you may be better to use a mechanical switch.

And reed switches don't like the high inrush current of tungsten filament lamps. a LED lamp would be OK.
