It's not an RS John, it's a Sport Edition which is the poverty pack with a few bonus bits added to make it appeal
    cheers,

It's just a Dynamique with 17" alloys, charcoal cloth trim, leather steering wheel & gear knob, privacy tint on windows, LED day time running lights, silver mirror housings, door handles & grille inserts, fog lights & rear parking sensors but no sign of a turbo though
Pretty good value for not much more $$ than a base model !
    cheers,

    John

What on earth possessed you ditch a nearly new Fluence for something slower and worse handling...?

Staff pricing would make for minimal changeover, which in conjunction with low cost finance makes it sensible to turn over cars and keep the continuous new car smell. A no-brainer really.

    Haakon,

Fluence is a great car ...no problems ever. I guess a combination of fixed price servicing and no interest help seal the deal. Was going to be either Koleos or Latitude but Latitude was too big and the Koleos is VERY kid friendly.
Regarding pricing ...i wish we got "Renault Staff" pricing *L*

Repayment ....yep paying back $1500 over 3 yrs . With trade and
conservative residual we will have very cheap motoring for 3 yrs and most likely trade again in 3 yrs time.

I still dont get it - Fluence is not a small car... But then I dont get why anyone would want kids either...

Shame we dont get Megane wagons here, and have to compromise on those silly high riding things. A Megane GT wagon would be about perfect a car as I could think of...

Hope it works out well for you. I'm just happy we have a tame renault dealer around here

If all you guys that are complaining about model variety bought a new Renault every six months Renault Australia could probably afford to import a lot more Renault models than they are currently able to.
    Lift your game, you lot!

i do buy my fair share Kim. My family have bought 4 new renault cars in the past 5 yrs .
I do agree with you though. There is not the volume of sales in australia to warrent 15 models with 5 varients of each model.
Unfortunately Scenic didnt sell in the numbers needed to make it viable in australia.

What an absurd suggestion Kim... to buy a car you dont want on the chance that they might bring in the model you do want.

It was a deliberately absurd suggestion Jo and I knew everyone else would understand that. It was nice of you to make a special point of advising all those others who may not have been able to detect that, however.

But Kim, you say so many absurd things in ernest, you might cut me some slack for not recognising this as jest.

The question I have to ask Jo, is : how do you know I'm in ernest? I've never met the man, let alone....
