Some of those Masters are nearly as big as the Canberra buses with Renault badges on them. Welcome.

    Welcome to Aussie Frogs.
Today I saw two Renault Masters in Darwin with NT plates.
One really caught my eye - it was pulling a tandem horse float with two horses in it quite well but the number plate said
    "2 EASY"

    Gidday,

    I have a 2006 Master twelve seater bus. Dual air-con and auto-step.

Have only owned it for a few months but it is a mighty vehicle.

[I do need a towbar so that I can take it to Bathurst for the 50th].

    Oz.

    Hi Oz,

Obviously a Victorian, it's "Bathurst" - all one word, not pronounced Bath Hurst like Peter Brock did for all those years

Mine is a long term project: conversion to camper. In the meantime I'm popular with the Scout troops for camps.

Hi and welcome to Aussiefrogs and congratulations on successfully negotiating the spelling police (there are a few on here.)

Can you tell me the maximum load width that will fit through the back doors on the Master?

    Graham

    Graham,

1500 at the doors; 1250 at the wheel arches.

    Default Master Van Alloys ...

The prospect of fitting some decent rims has crossed my mind.

    For example: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Renault-M...item3f077028e1

The only issue is that the standard offset for the Master Van was ET66. These are ET50.

    Hmm. Slightly wider track.

    Oz.

I had some Silverstone Laguna Mags I sold on ebay and the buyer was going to use them on either a traffic or master - can't remember which.

Laguna Mags would be very interesting. Would you happen to know the specs of the Laguna mags?

The Master rims would be 16 inch, Width: 6 inch to 6.5 inch, 5 stud, PCD 130, Offset ET 50 to ET66, load rated to 1000 kg at the wheel.
