Default Clio Sport 172 - Brakes

Will Group N Rotors and pads improve my braking over original equipment? And Why?

    It depends where you're driving.

Anywhere but a racetrack and they'll be horrible. They need to be warm, and when used gently they'll squeal like a stuck pig. I have Brembo slotted rotors and Pagid yellow pads, and they drive me bonkers on the road.

Thanks Mikeee, you confirmed what I thought, but seeing how they have been sitting on the shelf for 12 months I'll give them a go anyway! By the way they are OMP Group N Hardened rotors and OMP racing pads.

They'll be cantankerous and noisy and will drive you mad. Plus, they won't stop when they're cold. Totally unsuitable for the road, awesome for a track day.
