    Default Brake Pressure Limiting Valve

I'm cracking up reading about French Car addictions, I've been wondering why I can't bring myself to offload mine. But I feel much better now becasue at least I only have one!

My local french mechanic is coming up short on finding a repalcement Brake Pressure Limiting Valve for my 82 Fuego 136A. Very tight w/ only 50k miles. Evidently it sat too long with the brake fluid soaking up all the liquid sunshine we have here and it rusted from the inside out. Driving with only a parking brake is getting old, especially on the slippery days.

I'm searching the world to find one. Anyone you can steer me to down there?

Thanks in advance for any leads.

Good luck staying alive with that breakless driving style, and better luck finding a spare part.I'll be looking into having mine re-built in the next few month.I'll keep you posted if this is an option.

Check out this previous posting for the address of a French auto parts supplier -
    parts search.fuego

I tried the link to their website but could not get a reply from them. Albert a US Fuego owner and Froggy Forum member and then living in France found that place that apparently has some but I haven't been able to make contact since.

    You might have more luck!

    Default Fuego parts

I have used these guys before. There is not much they do not handle/can't get.

They are in Spain. I have bought stuff there before, sometimes its cheap - othertimes it's expensive.
