Icon6 megane (new shape) alignment failure

Hi and happy new year to everybody,
I have a very serious problem, my megane is not going forward but a litle left,
the renault service told me that is a known problem to some cars and the manufacturer can not tell what is going wrong
I don't know what to do as the car is still in guarantee
please if somebody has the same problem tell me what he / she did.

Any car that is not tracking straight has a problem with the alighnment. How is the tyre wear? Even? Presumably there is no vibration at any speed.
I've listened in on a dealer forman/manager telling a Laguna owner that the uneven tyre wear on his new car (20,000km) is normal.
These people are just too lazy to fix the problem. Granted, many of these McPherson strut set ups don't have ajustment built in, but it can be adjusted.
Just takes quite a bit of time.
Ask the dealer to lend you other cars of that model and see.
    Cheers

ok, it seems that ours aussies friends have problems with Paralellism!

going to the left could be from two stuffs!

    tyres and parralellism/carrossage!

if someone hit something, on the tyre right or left, that could do this efect!

so a parralelism set up is needed!

and stop to ask to renault dealers, they know nothing about mechanics, they are sellers not specialists!

so if you choose to set parralelism, take care about to know if your tyres "usure" is balanced, if not , do it when you ll change you traction tyres!

take the ns wheel off, get a 3 or 4 foot bar and lever the hub backwards taking care not to lever the caliper, if u get significant movement its prob bottom arm bushes gone soft or cracked but check balljoint as well. then check the osf.pat
