    Default R25 wheels

Just wondering if there are any nice wheels that fit the R25 in place of the standard ones.

Also, are the standard ones alloy? Can they be polished?

You can get the wheels polished to an almost chrome like finish, but I'm not sure how it would look...

There are quite a few metal polishing joints around. I used a mob in airport west (Vic) to polish up a set of Fuego wheels and was pretty happy with the job..

Yes, the standard mags polish quite well.

Be extra careful after that you don't use a cleaning product that destroys the finish, or have them clear coated.

These are '02 Megane wheels (I think) and hey thats not rust in the sills, just mud. When the current tyres wear out,(God it's taking ages) I will replace them with wider ones that fill out the guard better
    Cheers

I saw a white R25 years ago that had the factory alloys polished. Looked very nice indeed.

If I could justify the expense, I would get them acid dipped to retain the machining/casting marks and have them clear coated. Love the raw alloy look

I ran a set of Mille Miglia 15 x 7 on my R25. They were fitted to a honda and I just had the centres machined. I originally ran them on my Fuego and they looked hot with a bit of offset they filled the guards right out.
