    Hi George,

No-one from WA snapped it up then. Can but try.

Have you tried Renault? Renault Histoire may be interested if it is a rare beast.

    good luck.

    Hi George,

It can be hard can't it. I've been trying to sell my 1996 Xantia for 5 months without a single bite.

Had you considered contacting Renault? Then there is the Birdwood Mill Museum. That's how we solved our Renault 750 problem in 1977, and retrieved it in 1989!

You could also contact the 4CV Register of Australia and see if anyone there is interested. I presume that there are Vintage and Veteran clubs around the country, but don't have contact details.

Beyond that, I'm out of ideas. Can only wish you the best of luck.

    Regards

    Hi John,
Thanks for your ideas. I have received a copule of silly offers for my Renault, but my father has made room for it in his garage so the preasure is now off. But I still would like to sell it for a reasonable price at some stage in the near future. Best wishes George

    Hi George,

I wish I could have it!!! But I've just sold my 16TS and have to simplify life a bit - a pre-war car isn't for me at present.

However, you have a short term solution at least.

Have you advertised overseas? Be a shame for it to leave our shores but....

I'll be interested to hear the final outcome.

    Cheers

    John

I guess it would be very difficult to put a price on it.
What ball park figure do you have in mind? I also would hate to see it go offshore unless it went back to Renault's Museum.
    Cheers
