    Nice Find

    I think thats the R5 with the Turbo 16TS motor mid mounted in it.

    Would loved to have seen that thing go !!!

    Got to love the 'bolt on' R5 turbo guard extensions.....I am right, it's not a genuine R5T is it? Just don't look right........nope checked the pic again, definatly not, but looks effective

    Well spotted Hong Kong Puggy.

    It was built as a R5T replica by Bob Watson in 1982 starting with a standard model R5 that had somehow made it's way to Aus, so it changed from being front engine front wheel drive to mid engine rear wheel drive.

    I have some photos of my own of this car somewhere.

    Does anyone know what became of it after it's competition career?
