I think the cups go for about $38,000 driveaway so if you get one for under $36,500 i think you would be doing well.

Will you be selling your 205 privately or trading it in on the clio?

I think you will find that 'Red' one you saw was actually the Blood Orange RSC. They've only bought a small few into the country and are currently advertised on the Renault Aus website.

The Blood Orange RSC is the one currently on dispaly at the Sydney Motor Show. My brother's camera I was using went crazy (focus sensor broke somehow) and most pictures came out blurry It's a pretty crazy colour

Blood orange makes the RSC look great.

Here is one pic (the limited edition in UK with Recaro seats, gas shockers, RSC V6 spoiler, but I think it looses on a couple things from standard)

So how do you find the car going from a rexy? Was it modded at all or stock? I rode in a WRP10 rexy and it didn't seem any quicker than my 172!

Pug4eva, that's a Blood Orange, they look great! But it's not a Trophy 182 like you mentioned. The Trophy's had Oz racing wheels as standard

i had a MY00 wrx with 3" turbo back and cold air intake. they have more pull than the 182, but not as chuckable. i upgraded my rear sway bar in the rex, but this cup handles better.

ive always thought WRX's dont handle, they grip, nothing touches AWD in the wet.

I came across that one earlier this year and it had the Recaro's, maybe they were an option?! But you're right about the Trophy, check the next post

Yeah its all standard Clio Cup inside so cloth rear seat and no Climate Control... (plus the Recaros of course)

The wheels are Anthracite Speedline Turini not OZ!

Damn I wish they bought some of those Trophy's over here! Apparently there's still some in the UK that are getting hard to move!?! Import anyone?

    boy those pics are big

    couple of questions:
    1. where are the back seat head rests?
    2. whats with those rectangular covers for the headlight washer jets (doesnt appear to have them) &
    3. whats with the trophy decals on the running board? (not nice)

    beautiful looking car

    any thoughts... anyone... e.sport

it's meant to be lightweight track oriented model, so i believe the rear headrest was deleted in the name of weight savings, as has been the headlisht washers, hence the cover in its place.

don't mind the trophy scribling on the side, it distinguishes the model from the cup, other than the wheels and unique capsicum red paintjob.

if only the megane cup came with the recaros and the red paint....yummm...

The Megane Cup is capsicum red! No Recaros though... but you can buy them off the shelf in the Trophy spec (Black leather/suede Trendline). They are actually the base model Recaros with no lumbar adjustment anyway, and the trim colours don't match up properly either.

I'd prefer to have those rectangular covers over the headlight washer jets. Seriously, who here that owns a Clio regularly has to clean their headlights while driving?

I think we all use it because the stupid setup sprays if you hold the windscreen washers on for more than 2 seconds! Sometimes Renault engineers are too smart for their own good... The auto rear wiper that scratches the glass is just as bad!
