Icon5 That rear washer! Where is it?

Okay this is probably a dumb question - but does anyone know where the rear window washer reservoir lives on a 2003 Scenic??

No it's not in the manual... suggesting that perhaps it runs from the front washer reservoir.

If this is the case then since the pump works but no liquid spits-out now I have the new problem of how do you un-block the tube presumably running halfway across the car insides???

hey crash, check the hatch of the scenic... there should be a reserve somewhere on one of the sides of the inside hatch.

Your probably right pugjet. I've no idea myself, but one
or two cars I've come across the rear washer is supplied
from the front tank but the takeup for the rear washer
is higher than the front so it "runs dry" before the front
washers do. Not sure why they do this but I did find it
useful in that it reminded me to fill the reservior.

    Cheers,

OOOh, then you may have a blockage in the line.
Check near the tank and look for a filter (hopefully)
or else if you have a mate with a compressor and one of
those little gun jobbies which blasts air out of a tube
with a small hole and try pushing air backwards down
the tubing and clear the blockage. Blowing it in the
direction of the water flow may just make the sit worse

    best of luck,
