Default 16' Euro Mags for RSC

I wonder if it's possible to get a set of these in Australia (or how much $$ they'd cost to order from UK <shudder>).

Was looking at RSC in UK and they look really good with the 16s as opposed to the 15s we get here. Anyone got any info on this?

Have you tried asking at your dealer if they can order a set in for you? They may even have a stash already from PDI's, there was someone on this forum the other day who had a 16" spare. Renault may have found some in other cars, replaced them with 15" rims and want to offload them.

Or try emailing a UK dealer for a price sent to AUS.

    Justa quick question,

How come the RSC wheels were changed from 16' to 15' for Aussie spec cars?

I guess it's kinda like WRX had (don't know if they still do) 16' instead of 17' here..

i think it has something to do with the roads we have here versus in europe. the higher profile helps with the "poorer" roads here and also the amount of unsealed roads. in melbourne for example, i can't imagine the comfort levels being good with the amount of tram lines all over the place.

    Default I Agree

The size of the pot holes and the condition of the roads I believe are a good reason.
My own opinion if a tyre doesnt have side wall flex the ride gets uncomfortable especially less than 45 Profile.having said that A friend Just bought a Liberty GT it has 17 inch and he recons its OK on the smoth stuff only.

If the dealer can get a hold of these 16's is it really worth the trouble of fitting standard looking rims that are just 1 inch bigger ??

I'd go for a set of OZ 17s there the go. I know they definatly get me exited in the looks department, dunno what there like under acceleration.

    Just my

Was even lookin at some of the Megane's the other day with their 17s, they may even look alright on a Clio.
