I'm surprised that they have to throw in extra fruit so soon after introduction. Especially when I've seen a fair few (relatively speaking) Meganes zipping around the streets here. Things seemed to be looking up. They were mostly different colours so they can't all be the same car!

Why would the roadbox be LHD option only, its only a piece of plastic or fiberglass? Anyway when are the new renault models comming out to Australia-Scenic, MeganeCC and the Espace?

I'd like to know what the free fuel conditions are - two different drivers can use quite different amount of fuel in 5000km.

Yeh, I was thinking about that - but I guess they just calculate a "worst case" scenario and work out how many KM's that will buy...

The usual thing seems to be a fuel card with an expiry date. That date of expiry would be the critical thing, they probably use the standard 20,000k's per annum, so say probably up to 12 months. Also I guess the fuel company may get extra business if the buyer decides to renew fuel card after the distance/time. Currently it would take my Mum 4.5 years to use a 5000km card, or if I used it my self last month, the 5000k's would be gone in four weeks.

Dunno .. was just reading ....
    http://www.renault.com.au/renault/ve...let/offers.asp
It says the roadbox is unavailable ... was wondering is this a LHD issue (can't see it myself) or some other issue (supply, cost, lazy renault dealers ???). Anyone care to ring-up and check stock levels ?
