Good to see it starts, runs and apparently stops. But I wonder why they have to invent some bogus "world rally" event as its history :-)

The fact that an ex-service training vehicle has survived 60 years is an achievement in itself!

Wasn't it a service vehicle for one of the round Australia rallies?

This car looks remarkably original and in tact with the exception of the missing rear bumper (good luck finding one), the front over-riders look foreign and the rear passenger ash tray is missing. The Domain being a commercial vehicle didn't have the body bling like most of the sedans but I know a guy who has a full set of bling...

The under-bonnet shows an original 6 volt system and usable fabric air hoses.

Who's gonna rescue it, it would be a very rare vehicle in this country once restored and is in much better condition than my Genevieve was?

    Here's some inspiration for you.

No. It was the Renault Australia service training Domaine. Travelling around the countryside to various dealerships to provide service training.
