    Default windscreen rubber

Could not find any previous threads re Renault R15/17 windscreen rubbers and their availability. Has anyone replaced their screen rubber lately? Where did you find one , have searched the sites i have found useful for r15 parts but no luck. Would like a local source. O,brien,s have no listings so a dead end at the moment. Any suggestions?

Have you tried Peter Jacksons or Scotts?
They could have a suitable profile but you will probably have to buy it by the meter and then join the ends.

Bought some from PJ once for a Caravelle but it didn't have a groove for the chrome strip. Also my 12 came with new rubber on the screen and it was joined with silicon like glue at the bottom. Still is and doesn't leak nearly 40 years later.

Looks like a run of phone calls to come.

Thank you Shoji but that price had me a little reluctant, I do have that site on my computer but always try local if possible. nearly $400 landed, wow. Will continue looking.
