    Default Ignition switch/steering lock

Could anyone point me in the direction where to get an ignition switch/steering lock for a 20 TS Renault.

R12 is completely different and just to make it harder series 1 and series 2 R20 are different too. I think I have some series 1 still in stock.

Is the barrel different or the lock? I wouldn't imagine Renault would use different barrels (why would they?) hence my question. I know R15/17 and 12 interchange easily, the only difference being the locking "pin" length. Trick is to get the old barrel out if you lost the key.

A trick indeed. A large and powerful drill is reputed to be the answer. Thank heavens I've never been there...… If I recall, the later 20s had one of those (then) modern multi-sided "pin" keys.

Is it on the right side or left side of the steering collum? Right is S2 left is S1. From memory S2 is Fuego.

Bloody hell I haven't wrecked a 20 for 25 years how do I remember this stuff. Shows how many we wrecked in the day.
