Default R8 shockers, borrow, hire, buy?

Doing a roadworthy on a r8... has konis in it and they failed the back shocks today (they didnít fail them a couple of months ago when they first inspected it). Anyway issue is... going to have to get the konis rebuilt, but in the meantime have to get the roady in this car in the next week. If anybody around Melbourne has a set of r8 rear shockers I could borrow or hire in order to get a roady, would be greatly appreciated. Would only need them for a couple of days to get roady done, although will be a month turn around on getting the konis rebuilt main thing is getting the certificate at this stage.

There is a law against doing more than 100kmh...there's no law on how fast you get to 100kmh!!!

Angru have you asked my brother? Surely he has some lying around.
Also, if you'r speaking to Drew tell him I have his R16 parcel shelf.

Thanks David. I’m going to look at the parts cars that drew has and hope something in them is ok but suspect they may not be much good. I’ll give Stephen a call and see what he has.

    Hi Angru

I have some R10's which have been parted out and had some rear shockers ready for the bin. Not sure of their condition, but probably haven't done much work for over 20 years.

How soon do you need them, as they are not nearby?

    PM if you like.
