I am not sure if your Media Nav will be covered but it's worth a check.

If it is, you simply use a USB stick and download your onboard Nav software and the Renault site will tell you if there are upgrades available and how to go about it and what it will cost.

The OBD tool, that I will lave for someone else

The Latitude has a small card similar to that used in cameras. Every now and again I get an email suggesting I upgrade. I haven't done so, so cannot give more practical help. It is a Tom Tom Carimat in my car which I registered with Tom Tom and when I got the car. Perhaps if you go into the Tom Tom site it may be of help. The card is situated just to the right of the screen. Well this is the case with my Latitude a 2013 Privilege.
