The headlights and the driving lights are the same as the early R12's.
The Cibie Airport driving lights (and parts for them) are still available new.
If you can't find parts locally you can always try the R16 shop in the Netherlands.

ok...so I now have some lovely "as new" driving lights thanks to Mark in WA $160 delivered for the pair complete with white plastic ibie covers...unfortunately they were not wrapped so rubbed against each other in the post creating plastic dust storm on openingNow the plastic covers are fragile so may coat them with epoxy or something to stop further deteriorating
now for some nice headlights...funny considering I can't drive it at night on club reg!!

Can't drive at night on club registration??? So you cannot take the car to a club meeting or a club dinner night. What happens if you are on a club night rally or a long weekend interstate event where there are usually night activites? But you can take it shopping or to work during the day. That is weird.

I can't see why any thing about not driving at night:

    https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/regi...r-club-permits

Unless it's an exclusion created by the Club.
In which case it's time to have it changed.

    Driving on a club permit

A club permit vehicle may be driven by anyone (including learner permit holders) who hold the applicable licence category for the vehicle, unless legally as a 'driver under instruction'
For Motorcycles, the E licence condition for LAMS restrictions applies.
Victorian probationary licence holders may drive a vehicle on a club permit provided that:

The vehicle has not been modified to increase the vehicle's performance (other than a modification made by the manufacturer in the course of the manufacture of the vehicle)
The probationary licence is applicable to the category of vehicle
