Default Urgent - carbie kit for Solex

    Hi all

Does anyone have a carbie kit for a Solex 32 DIS - 805 carbie. The carbie is a pressurised unit on my Fuego Turbo. Car is at the mechanics. PM if you have one.

Thanks Ray. Have sent them an email and will see what I get. Have also sent emails to other possible suppliers here and overseas. No go from Auto Paris and French Car parts in Melbourne so far.

What bits do you actually need?

    Gaskets easy, O-Rings easy. DIY

    Rest may be fixable?

Have a kit arriving from MLP Carbs in Reservoir Melbourne $44.50 delivery 21/22 May. Just to be sure also having a kit delivered from Eurocarbs in the UK but at cost of just over $84 and delivery 23 May to 14 June. Found both on eBay under sale-australia.com. One will be a spare. Site on amazon says it doesn't deliver to Australia !!!

Turned out the kit from MLP carbs wasn't the right one. However, the one from Eurocrats in Reading UK did the trick.

MLP carbs has now sent me the right kit so I have a spare. Cost $79 plus GST and $10.00 for express post. Called SL 20 on their website. Don't know how I missed it??? The one from the UK was installed and now the car runs perfect.
