    Default It's finally in

    I've finally managed to fit the ng3 back into the 25 new clutch and pressure plate throw out and spigot, new seals and gaskets
    Just have the linkages, driveshaft and electrics to refit

    It looks good enough as it is! It looks like a new gearbox.

    Not new but cleaned up inside and out.
    There is some bearing wear but I can live with that I wont be flogging it.
    The Box had leaks all over, so It cleaned up easily as it was oily-wet all over.
    Ive since discovered the power steering pump is responsible for some of the mess.
    Im hoping that the pump out of a scenic will fit with a pulley change. As I have a spare in the wreck in the back yard.
    Failing that a pump kit and more pull down.

    What happens on 15th July ? Great to see another R25 running ! I used to service a 5speed for a customer many years back . Superb!
    We have an auto and it is swell to drive .

    the bloody rear main is leaking, not happy.
    I should have fired the motor up before fitting the gearbox.

    Anyway these shafts are still looking for a new home shafts are free $100 for the two new outer ends.
