I'd be surprised if you find them.
I tried years ago at spectrum, I bought some but they were too big from memory.
I ended up resorting to good used ones I collected off Renault 10s I collected over the years.

You could try this mob JNS Australia Pty Ltd - Product catalogue - Clips & Plastic Fasteners

I've successfully used scrivet clips, filed down to the size of trim and replaced the screw with a c/s stainless tapper.

Christmas tree fasteners can be cut down as well, but aren't as secure fixing.

thanks KB saw that site would have to work out how many I need , I have done the same as you use old clips, but only have a few . Presently they are glued on, not ideal, the painter glued them on, said that's how they were, I plan to remove and use clips if I can

That's strange. Can't be much purchase given the design of the underneath.
I would budget for four per strip but can't recall exactly how many.

I'm not familiar with the R10.
    Do they look like this?

Every day when I wake up I reach up in the darkness with my eyes shut and if I cannot feel anything that resembles a wooden lid I know it will be a good day. No lid today.

You could also try Rare Spares.

Also try Wurth if they have warehouse near you they used to have sheets of different automotive clips that could be ordered in. I had measured up s few suitable ones for a Fiat project.

The last lot I bought last year were from Rare Spares, The heads were a little small so I put a blob of silicon in the trim on the final assembly, do not move or rattle.
