    Default Prize giving.

    Hi All,

Last night's prize giving ended on a high for me after I received "Sportsmanship of the Year" award for 2016. It really came as a surprise when one is fiddling around in the midfield and you see yourself as an "also runner". They sure know how to make you doubt your future plans!!

Don't know you, love your posts and you're probably a real nice guy - BUT, its time to get in touch with the mongrel within, mate.

You'll go up a few places, and its a far cheaper than blueprinting the motor, going to a fuel injected turbo and lightening the car by 100 kgs. Just saying...

    Frans. Congratulations and well done.

    Please re-assess your plans.
We so much enjoy riding with you on video and reading your insightful words that I am sure a big batch of us would be the first to sign up on a cloud funding site if you set one up. If you offer continued race videos that would do it for me. A discrete sticker with 10 pt size type names hidden on the car would attract even more Gordini fans. Give it some thought.

    regards
    Keith

Congratulations, Frans! I enjoy reading about your exploits and they've paid off for you in a nice way. Keep it up!
Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone............

You know Keith, that is a very good idea - cloud funding for Frans' car, which promotes all our passions so well and gives us so much pleasure!

On the side, what were you doing commuting from my favourite Flinders Ranges to Adelaide. Do we know each other? Perhaps a PM.

    Cheers
