Default R8/10 rear tie bar bushings

I can't actually see how these come out of the ends that bolt to the bodies floor. The manual says they are only replaceable by Renault but Mecaparts sells the part (MP2005) so it must be doable. Has anyone replaced these? Or do I just pick my best two and leave it alone.

BrettR describes how he did this replacement back on post #66 (1 May 2012). He has some pics and appears to use a press to get to old ones out and the new ones in.

Clear as mud, figured they were a press fit. As they are already out of the car it'll be a little hard to mark them, how does the positioning of these make a difference, or are they not cylindrical and concentric, perhaps Brett is able to answer this one.

The bushes are just a press fit. I made some replacements out of Delrin? for the 4CV when I fitted the R10 arms to it. Replacements were a little harder to source 20 years ago. They are cylindrical and concentric.
